Occupational Health and Safety Objectives

Within the framework of this Occupational Health and Safety Policy and Management’s commitment to providing a safe and healthy working environment, Metropolitan General Clinic establishes the following strategic and operational OHS objectives.

These objectives focus on prevention, continuous improvement, and the active participation of employees, in full compliance with the requirements of ISO 45001.

  • Reduction of occupational accidents and hazardous incidents through systematic investigation, implementation of preventive and corrective actions, and strengthening the incident reporting culture among all employees.
  • Enhancement of employee participation and awareness in OHS training and meetings through the organization of training programs and emergency preparedness drills, the creation of communication channels for OHS suggestions/reporting, and regular meetings of the OHS Committee.
  • Improvement of risk management and compliance: Full completion of updated risk assessments for 100% of the Clinic’s activities through review and update of risk assessments, assignment of responsible persons per department, and monitoring the implementation of control measures.
  • Strengthening training and awareness through the development of an annual OHS training plan, monitoring attendance, evaluating training effectiveness, and adapting training topics to the actual needs of each department.
  • Continuous improvement and auditing of the OHS Management System through scheduled OHS inspections within defined timeframes, the design of an annual internal audit program, monitoring the implementation of corrective actions, and reviewing findings during annual Management Reviews.

This policy is available and communicated to all employees, partners, and interested parties and is reviewed annually to ensure its suitability and effectiveness.

The objectives are regularly reviewed and amended, where necessary, to reflect operational and legislative developments.
