Stefanos Lazaridis is a specialized surgeon in bariatric and upper gastrointestinal surgery, with particular expertise in gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and the surgical management of complications and revisional procedures following bariatric surgery.
He has trained and worked for several years at leading university hospitals in the United Kingdom and France and has served as a Consultant Surgeon within the NHS. He is one of the few surgeons in Greece performing the LINX procedure for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux.
His philosophy is based on strict patient selection, thorough preoperative counseling, technically flawless and ultra-safe surgical practice, and systematic long-term follow-up, aiming at sustainable and meaningful improvement in patients’ quality of life.
